We are seeking an Account Supervisor to join our Studio Z team, focused on B2B. We believe that each team member makes a significant contribution to our success and this critical Account role will be instrumental in shaping our creative organization and Zillow as a whole.
We are looking for a seasoned Account person, with broad skills and experience building integrated campaigns spanning across multiple touchpoints, especially digital and broadcast. Someone who believes in the power that thoughtful strategy and great creative can have on a brand, culture and the bottom line. Someone who can build trusting relationships with our marketing partners and inspire our internal teams to do the same. A dynamic individual who will lead the day-to-day and ensure the success of our endeavors because our accomplishments will not be measured just by awards won, but rather but the growth and success of the business we support.
This role will partner with the Associate Account Director to lead the account management function across our B2B business with both our internal creative teams and Zillow business partners, plus help handle our relationships with our external agency partners as applicable. As we continue to build a more integrated agency model, the ability to build relationships and partner seamlessly across internal and external lines is critical.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $100,900.00 – $161,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
