You Will Get To

• Ensure successful implementation of our product suite with clients, including data onboarding, access management, training and coordination with sales, technical support and product management as appropriate.

• Works closely with sales and technical support, performance improvement and engineering teams to ensure coordinated approach to customer success.

• Works with internal peer groups to integrate product suites within processes, finding opportunities and assisting with any ongoing education.

• Crafts and delivers product training and serves as subject matter authority for internal customers and external members.

• Use vital tools and templates to supervise and keep current on the status of new clients from initial onboarding through continued use of existing product suites and future releases.

• Communicate onboarding status and other pertinent information with relevant internal groups.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $22.70 – $36.30 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

• Experience with proactive customer outreach, training and technical problem-solving.

• Experience with developing PowerPoint training materials used hosting online and occasional on-site training (some travel required).

• Customer retention experience through direct contact to identify and tackle potential and existing problems with software.

• Experience doing competitive presentations to board of directors or other C-level executive groups.

• A Bachelor’s degree.
