Our locally owned lawn care company is currently hiring enthusiastic and out going Remote Sales Representatives in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin! Weed Man has been delivering high-quality lawn care services to customers across North America for over 50 years. Our franchise owns 7 branches and continues to grow each and every year, thanks to our Sales Reps.

You will be calling and connecting with new and current customers to help the team reach daily, weekly and monthly goals! We are looking for highly motivated individuals to help bring our sales team to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting or Exceeding Weekly Sales Goals
• Up-selling Current Customers
• Qualify the prospect/Overcome Objections
• Provide proper expectations
• Adhere to all Company and Departmental Standards

Qualifications:

• You must live in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, or Wisconsin
• Previous phone sales experience required
• High school diploma (or GED)
• Professional demeanor
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
• High speed internet connection
• Noise cancelling headphones
• Webcam
• Desktop/Laptop (sorry no Chromebooks)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
