Lack of strong leadership. Salary from early 1980’s. Lots of “passing the buck”. Poor work ethic tolerated and no consequences for repeat offenses. Excessive employee turnover and employees going out on medical leave due to stress.
Pros:
DM is great, plenty of work to keep busy.
Cons:
Poor site management, low wages, poor work ehics tolerated, very high emlpoyee turn-over, old computers, .
