Whilst V-Nova delivers projects in an “Agile” fashion, schedules and risk awareness help provide some predictabilityUnderstand and present clearly the overall status of projects/initiatives that you are responsible for delivering through the full lifecycle of their deliveryAct as a scrum master where necessary alongside a technical lead and product owner, to deliver our technologyWork with product management and technical owners to plan sprint content based on priorities and business needsComfortable writing and reviewing project and technical documentationProactive approach to resolving issues, happy working across multiple teamsIdentify and fill gaps in communicationMaintain overview and awareness of all projects, and their status inflight within V-Nova and coordinate key initiatives that span multiple projectsWork with other Scrum Masters to provide updates and raise issues where/when necessary to the Senior Management.
