We are currently hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Applications team. This is an exciting opportunity that will allow someone the opportunity to work with multiple regions around the world to design and implement a single business solution/system utilizing Salesforce.
This position requires a strong knowledge of application development, database design, systems implementation and crafting technical solutions to complex business needs. The best candidates will be a highly technical professional experienced in Solution Architecture, Database Modeling, System Integration, and Web application development. Candidates should have extensive development experience with the Salesforce platform. This is a Remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in and facilitates customer requirements and solution design workshops
- Captures and maps business requirements to system/technical requirements and identifies gaps and risks
- Assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, and testing
- Understands the technical depth of the project and validates the correct resources for the project
- Manages and participates in the entire software development lifecycle
- Recommends alternative approaches, analyzes impacts, and provides sizing estimates
- Participates in and facilitates development efforts to execute upon needed requirements or solution design changes to support improvements to the user experience
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of Salesforce implementation experience
- Leading technical requirements gathering and solution design sessions with clients
- Experience identifying and documenting the business process and technical requirements, developing process flow analysis, data modeling, and functional design experience
- Cloud experience with Sales & Service, Commerce Cloud, Partner Communities and Customer Communities (Experience), Omnichannel, and Field Service
- Experience writing user stories to capture business requirements
- Experience managing a project team relevant to the delivery of the technical solution
- Strong experience in enterprise-level projects using Agile software development methodologies throughout the whole development lifecycle
- Strong experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with third-party systems
- Experience with data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce
- Strong Salesforce development and design skills including Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Process Builder, Flow, and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools
- Understands all aspects of Salesforce current and future release functionality including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities
- Travel up to 10% in the future may be required

Base Compensation Range is $102,000 to $211,500. Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
