A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Thermo Fisher Scientific for a Biosciences Sales Representative to manage the London-Northeast (Francis Crick Institute and Queen Mary University of London and/or Liverpool, Manchester and Sheffield universities) territory.
Increase & generate sales to customers via onsite visits following up with calls and email correspondenceParticipate in sales training programmes as presented by the company to develop appropriate selling skillsDevelop, write, and implement a strategic business plan for running the assigned territory annually, updated quarterlyWorking with marketing and/or technical sales specialists for supply agreements and contractsSet up and coordinate technical seminars, and host and assist with product shows on a biannual and annual basisMaintain and increase current customer database through company customer relations management software (Salesforce CRM).Communicate key competitor activities, trends, and changing customer development plans and priorities, which includes emerging customers
BSc in biology, molecular biology or biochemistry (PhD preferred), or the equivalent knowledge
