I spent a total of almost three years with this company. Company is on the conservative side but for the most part looks out for the employees of the company very very well. They have a great 401K program, health insurance, etc. The management is the sole reason I will never work for this company again. Management fired and rehired employees who were previously trespassed, they would force you to use certain rules and policies and then would not back you up when you did enforce the policies, multiple confidentiality issues became public knowledge, they played favorites and turned down qualified people to promote people who would bring lunch or coffee to the managers. Overall I highly do not recommend. I know multiple people who work for multiple stores and are continuously experiencing the exact same issues, the pay is great but absolutely not worth the environment.
Pros:
Success Sharing Checks, Food on Holidays, Good Pay
Cons:
Unsupportive, untrustworthy, and completely unfair Management, Serious Issues mishandled, Management does not care about their employees then themselves
