Not really applicable to my job. It was a consulting gig where I worked W2.
Overall project setup and information was sketchy at best. Even the client was in the dark. The corporate IT group (European) was a mess to begin with and communication and expectations were never adequately relayed.
The Baer Group’s pay scheme was also weird either for W2 for C2C.
Cons:
Payment schedule, client was in the dark on project, lack of effective communication…
