As Product Analyst Intern, you will assist the team in delivering and supporting market leading trading platforms and products for our retail customers. The role will give you experience working with software development, user experience, visual design, various commercial and operational teams as well as the wider Product function. The intern program will involve a Project to be completed over the period. You will work with an experienced Product Manager and with other interns to deliver the project which will involve a new Trading Platform feature.
We offer clients the ability to trade thousands of financial markets using our web, mobile and downloadable platforms from multiple geographies. You will help us craft the product vision, gather requirements, test features, and liaise with client facing teams on feedback and issues.
Support the Product Managers and wider Platforms team in delivering high quality trading platforms. Monitor and Analyse client feedback from various sources, collate, synthesize and prioritize for development. Learn how to perform regular User Acceptance Testing on new features to ensure they work without issues and as a customer would expect. Work with various client facing teams to receive to get a better understanding of client behaviours and needs. Work with technical and business stakeholders to understand problems with software and resolve them Participate in key engineering ceremonies including standups, sprint planning and retrospectives. Monitor management information to identify trends, spot issues and report on progress. Assist in the preparation of regular reports to communicate to the wider business what the Platform teams are delivering. Conduct regular and ad hoc competitor analysis
