In my contract it states that I will work a minimum of 37.5 hours/week. I work one on one with a student. At the time of hire, I was told that in case of the students absence, I would be partially compensated for my days work or there would be an alternate role for me to work that day. Neither of which are the case. I signed onto this job and have worked only half of the amount of school days thus far this year. They are not compensating me for the days the student is not in school, and they do not have alternate work to offer me. My contract is false.
