Project objectives:Liaising with 3rd PartiesResearching and implementing new accounting policies, US GAAP and UFRSAssisting specifically with ASC606Designing and documenting new desk top proceduresSupporting system implementation (for example: Workiva, HFM, Blackline)Training of new team membersSupporting control environment changeKey Duties:Not involved in day to day transactions or accounting close process, time focused on strategy and design initiallyIreland to Netherlands migration of business modelTransfer Pricing Strategy and PolicyFinancial Operations Review: AP – AR – PurchasingVarious other matters in an entity undergoing transformationLocal resource for accounting and controlAssisting with tax (direct and indirect)Assisting growing the teamReporting duties
Hold an accounting qualification preferably ACA or ACCAAudit background Experience of M&A due diligence and integration is a distinct advantage
