The Opportunity
As part of the America’s team, SANY is looking to recruit a driven, forward-thinking, and highly motivated Business Analyst for the Dealer Development team. With the deep investment and backing of SANY Group, the Americas business expects to grow significantly in the coming years. Critical to this growth, is the appointment of a Business Analyst who will work cross-functionally within the business with Dealers and team members to create data driven solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will work closely with the Director of Dealer Development to ensure an effective strategy is executed. This will require the Business Analyst to:
- Develop methods to implement and support data management and business case creation for Dealers and Business units.
- Support the integration of automated data modeling.
- Design APIs to the SANY Dealer Program and automated review.
- Create and maintain relationship with key stakeholders within the Dealer body, Business Units, and IT.
- Develop report models for visual reporting of Dashboards and KPIs.
- Develop commercial business cases.
- Design, build, and implement Tableau Dealer Development review and reporting application.
- Automate report out of Dealer performance.
- Support the integration of Tableau into the Salesforce environment while introducing expanded performance indicators.
- Creation of reporting model for multiple business units to support Dealer reporting and business cases.
- Creation and knowledge of commercial business case creation
- Data model input from AEM, EDA, Business units using APIs to create valuable insight leading to performance indicators.
- Creating visualizations based on the data modeling using statistical analysis foundation.
- Create and maintain strong relationship with Dealer Network and business unit leaders.
- Manage SANY performance and business planning program, support its transition online.
- Understand Python and R language scripting and able to create advanced level calculations a plus, or willingness to learn within 12 months.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will:
- Have four or more years of progressing responsibility in creating and implementing data platforms.
- Experience must be within the construction industry.
- Have data structuring and modeling of Original Equipment Manufacturing, Dealer, and/or Commercial data experience.
- Prototyped and implemented data dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and MS Office.
- Reviewed and created automations for source data issues.
- Commercial experience writing and/or supporting business cases.
- Excellent data analytics skill and independent critical thinking skills.
- Coding in Python, SQL, VBA, R, and/or short-term willingness to learn. Less than 12 months a plus.
- Degree in Analytics is a plus.
POSITION LOCATION:
This position is Remote.
EDUCATION
The successful candidate ideally will have a Bachelor of Science, Business, Data Analytics, Science, or Finance.
COMPENSATION
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience. It will include a base salary, an annual performance bonus, and other exceptional benefits.
