Workload is manageable and they provide training, however, expectations are unclear.
Management/Leadership puts on a good front, encourages open accountability, etc, but when faced with their own mistakes, they act as if it’s not big deal, and don’t do anything to adjust their own behavior. Instead they hide problems and pass blame. Very manipulative and fake. Some leadership is very untrained and young, they abuse their title, do zero work at all, and only have “Leader” title because parents are owners.
Team is nice to work with and encouraging, however, the turnover is absolutely terrible, and there are constantly new employees starting and then leaving quickly.
Cons:
Terrible leadership.
