Increase our brand awareness in the market and work towards our vision to become Europe’s leading Product & Venture BuilderDrive our qualified inbound lead generation strategies across all relevant channels – either by being hands-on or managing external freelancers or agency support (e.g. PR agency). Own our communication strategy across Website, LinkedIn and CRM content and understand how Owned/Earned/Paid Media drives growth at MVP Factory.Collaborate with our Management and Growth Team to ensure the continued improvement of our Marketing & Communications Strategy.
+5 years experience in Marketing & Communication roles within the digital agency/tech professional services industry and/or in a B2B/Tech environmentSolid knowledge and understanding about Software Development, Digital Consulting and Venture Building landscape (ideally both in a Startup and Enterprise context)Fluency in German and English with strong content writing skillsExperience in data driven decision-making leveraging various tools e.g. Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Figma, CMS ToolsStrong communication skills and a capacity for interpersonal, team and stakeholder management service relations. You like to switch between strategic and operational topics, are not afraid to work hands-on but also able to take a step back and shape the strategy and big pictureYou have a strong project management background, including working with and leading teams of external stakeholders such as freelancers and agencies.
