Millfield School Looking for School Shop Supervisor at Street, Somerset Full Time

Salary: £21,000 per annum

We are seeking a School Shop Supervisor to work in our senior school shop on a full-time basis.

The role will be to assist the manager in supervising all aspects of the day to day running of the school shop, including (but not limited to):

• Supervise service, to include staff rota’s, levels, performance, and personnel issues.
• Assist with the communication between all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Supervise all ‘housekeeping’ of the shop.
• Supervise and oversee cash and bank reconciliations.
• Review product profit and sales margins and produce associated reports.

A flexible, proactive, and professional approach is essential, whilst experience of working in a retail environment, supervisory and some purchasing experience would be desirable.

Hours of work are 8.15am to 4.45pm Monday to Friday with occasional weekends during key periods of the year. This role is working all year, including school holidays.
