Work closely with the Global Director, Learning & Development; Senior Leadership and the HR team to deliver a true partnership role to the business, supporting the identification of OD needs through consulting and analysis of data and proposing innovative and impactful solutionsProgramme manage global OD programmes, ensuring that the content of programmes remains best in class, meets the evolving needs of Lumanity, and reflects the latest thinking in OD strategyMonitor the engagement with and impact of OD initiatives on business growth, creating new and innovative ways to engage the business and improve the impact OD has on performance, talent bench strength and engagementLead on the identification, sourcing and provision of specialist tools, methodologies, data sources and related infrastructure that support a leading-edge organisational development methodologyDevelop & ensure adherence to solid change management processes in the execution of continuous improvement initiatives in the OD spaceDevelop and maintain professional relationships with external providers and bodies, keeping up to date with changes in the OD professionAlign OD solutions and deliverables within company culture attributes and diversity & inclusion expectations
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organisational development or related field, or equivalent work experience in organisational development (Master’s degree preferred)Organisational Development programme management experience ideally in a global, fast-paced, high-growth, matrixed environment with multiple and sometimes changing prioritiesEvidence of expert knowledge and understanding of organisational development approaches, interventions and implementing best fit solutionsWilling to take a hands-on approach in any aspect of the role to ensure its successHigh level partnership and stakeholder management skills gained through working collaboratively with a variety of senior leadersProven ability to establish personal credibility quickly, demonstrate the firm’s values and build trust with colleagues at all levelsDedication and commitment to promote diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion in all work activitiesExcellent interpersonal, facilitation and collaboration skills; including experience providing feedback to others on development programs, and managing feedback from stakeholdersDemonstrable ability to understand, analyze and distil complex information to communicate key facts accurately, succinctly, and persuasivelyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines while working with ambiguity
