The client training function in the Employment, Immigration and Reward Division at Lewis Silkin is part of our Worksphere Service ( […] which provides a variety of HR services to our clients. We provide bespoke training sessions on all aspects of employment law for a range of audiences including managers, HR professionals and in-house lawyers. The role of Legal Trainer will primarily involve delivering these training sessions and providing support to the training function generally.
Reporting structure
Preparing and delivering bespoke training sessions to clients, either online using Teams / Zoom or (covid restrictions permitting) at their own premises, on all aspects of employment law. These sessions may be run by just the Legal Trainer, or alongside other trainers or members of the division.Assisting with the preparation and running of multi-day Employment Law Academy courses, online, at our premises and at the client’s premises.Assisting with the production of template and bespoke e-learning / webinar courses for clients.Assisting with planning and implementing marketing of our client training service, both internally and externally.Assisting generally with maintaining our training resources and records, including keeping template courses up to date.
