Lead and/or support projects to design and optimize operational models and business processes e.g. following mergers, acquisitions and divestmentsLead projects to deliver safety database system upgrades and implementations and/or work as an integrated member of technology implementation teams to represent safety operational requirements and drive business adoption of technology applicationsLead and prepare client workshops and trainings in support of business transformation.Perform structured analysis of client’s existing safety operations to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and any unmet business needsContribute innovative ideas to transform the client’s business, leveraging technology, best practices, and regulatory knowledge in collaboration with IQVIA colleagues and clientsImplement new business processes and organizational changes while minimizing disruption to day-to-day business operationsDesign and implement measures to ensure oversight and sustainabilityOwn individual project deliverablesOwn/Assist in the development of detailed documentation and specificationsCollaborate with other members of the business transformation team and subject matter experts to support business development activities including new business proposals and bid defences as and when needed
Strong experience in drug safety / pharmacovigilance industry with a breadth of knowledge across PV domain areas.Experience of driving operational and/or process improvementsExperience of managing / engaging with global teams effectively in a virtual environmentDemonstrated analytical abilities, problem-solving skills and progressive thinkingStrong verbal and written communication skills
