I have worked with several other foreign exchange companies before landing at ISE. I have been here 3 years. My direct supervisors are highly responsive, dedicated, support and value my contributions. Training is ongoing.
This position allows me to work from home, have a flexible schedule, travel throughout state of Colorado as well as earn free international travel every year.
I have the opportunity to meet and develop relationships with high school exchange students, their host families and local schools. It brings me joy and satisfaction to bring people together from other countries and cultures and break down barriers, preconceived beliefs, and hopefully help make the world a better more loving place to reside.
I never was able to travel international before working in student exchange. My husband and children benefit from the international travel as well.
I have worked for several other agencies that put students in unsafe conditions and did not follow Department of State Regulations. ISE has the best compliance team and support to students, host families, and field staff.
It is amazing to work with a company that values every person who is involved in this process. In addition, ISE never laid one person off during the Covud 19 Pandemic.
