Key Responsibilities:
- Provides guidance to indirect air carrier (IAC) operational colleagues and assists with maintenance of the IAC Standard Security Program (IACSSP).
- Assists colleagues and customers with regulatory guidance on export laws and regulations including EAR, FTR, OFAC, ITAR and CBP.
- Supervises, trains and mentors two employees.
- Reviews shipping documents and routing details with a view towards appropriate export regulations.
- Manages/liaises with warehousing and distribution activities affected by export regulations and changes.
- Coordinates with sales and branch personnel on compliance with export laws and regulations to ensure customer expectations are achieved and maintained.
To be successful, you will have:
- 8+ years of experience in export compliance and regulations.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Certified Export Specialist certifications preferred.
