Worked as a customer account rep and was hired in the middle of the pandemic in 2020. A lot people couldn’t afford there payments. There was very little we could do to help. Worked inbound and outbound calls all day. They didn’t promote anybody except for managers for the almost 2 years I was there and the managers were always rotated to different teams. It became very depressing after a while. Company paid decent and benefits were fine, but overall it was just ok.
