Working closely with the team to meet the targets of the office.Developing expert knowledge of the financial services industry.Provide recruitment and administrative support, with the onboarding and recruitment process.Producing and maintaining market maps.Predominantly working on finance hires in FS but also help with compliance, risk, internal audit and legal teams.Conduct screening interviews.Gathering business intelligence.Swiftly and professionally respond to queries via phone/email.Writing and posting of adverts for live permanent and interim vacanciesCV searching pipelining candidates for all clientsIssue all relevant paperwork to registration of applicantProduce relevant mail shots required to ensure engagement with candidatesEnsure adherence to administrative processes, recruitment procedures and initiatives
