LEAD UX Designer with Experience in Delivering and Driving Large Projects
PURPOSE: We seek a UX Designer Leader with a minimum of 10 years with the requisite skills and experience to lead the building and development of user-centered functional products and services for New Yorkers.
We are a government agency supplier of valued business and technology services.
Summary of Scope of Engagement:
In a diverse and inclusive environment, the UX Designer Lead will work with other City and vendor Service Designers, UX Designers, the Product Manager, and Software Developers to build compelling user interfaces and experiences that are based on user research and service design research, which a based on a shared design system, and which are practical for implementation in code. Designs created should be mobile responsive, standards compliant, allow for multiple languages (including RTL), and follow best practices for modern design.
