This role can be located in Dublin, Ireland or London, UK
Degree level in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field 6 – 8 years of experience as HR Generalist, Business Partner or Manager 2 – 4 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruiting function Excellent knowledge of UK & European labour laws and ability to interpret, articulate, and apply related legislation 2+ year(s) of experience of working with SaaS or PaaS Technology companies across multiple locations Proven track record of creating and managing multiple functions of HR (Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Employee Relations) Strong leadership skills to coach and mentor employees as well as counsel managers at all levels Ability to source and build qualified pipeline of candidates Ability to understand and articulate our business model and strategy Ability to establish relationships both internally with management and employees and externally with candidates Capable of translating analysis, strategy, and planning into tactical plans that achieve results High level of attention to detail Ability to demonstrate high level of written and verbal interpersonal communication skills Proactive focus on process improvement Ability to take a proactive approach to tasks and aptitude to be confident and assertive Excellent multi-tasking skills, in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs as needed
