File opening/closingArchive managementGeneral administrative requests e.g. photocopying, scanning, filingProducing and amending correspondence, documents, reportsAudio dictationManaging and processing expensesAssisting in the billing processPrioritising workloads ensuring deadlines are met.
CILEx Secretarial Qualification Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minuteGood knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, research tools and other systems implemented by the firm to be able to utilise their time as efficiently as possibleWell presented with excellent communication skillsHighly literate and numerate with strong customer service skillsCapable of taking initiative and developing solutions to any issues encountered, liaising with colleagues as necessaryFlexible and enthusiastic self-starterAble to work alone as well as within a teamAttention to detail, ability to retain high concentration levels for extended periods of time
