5-10 years’ experience in business, engineering, product management, software development, technology and/or consulting.
- A servant leader with outstanding planning, analytical, decision-making, organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Strong commercial insurance knowledge is highly preferred along with the ability to influence others and build consensus.
- Able to make difficult and quick decisions daily with incomplete information for all products across the journey.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, solid analytical and problem-solving skills along with capability to drive initiatives towards completion and is able to work with all levels of team members and leadership.
- Innovative and creative leader with experimental mentality and demonstrated willingness to learn and experiment.
- A technologist capable of leading a mission critical technology product to deliver business value.
- Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with FM Global engineering standards and requirements is preferred.
Education
- 4 Year College Degree/Bachelors or equivalent work experience
The salary range for this position is $104,000 to $170,900. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience. The position is eligible to participate in FM Global’s comprehensive Total Rewards program that includes an incentive plan, generous health and well-being programs, a 401(k) and pension plan, career development opportunities, tuition reimbursement, flexible work, time off allowances and much more.
