As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:
Support clients with entire spectrum of Digital Analytics with focus on digital advertising analyticsAnalyze advertising data to draw insights to drive critical decision making and recommendationsWork closely with marketing, social, product development and UX teams to provide analytical supportWorking with data, including managing large number of data sources, analyzing data quality, and proactively working with client’s data/IT teams to resolve issuesWork on breath of advertising analytics projects like advertising inventory optimization, target audience segmentation, campaign measurement and effectiveness, post campaign profitability and viewership analysisUnderstanding of Ad-Operations, which can include designing, coordinating and delivering the implementation of marketing analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Floodlights, Marketing Pixels)Create and manage targeting audiences within DMP and Marketing tools. The candidate is also expected to identify opportunities and advise the marketing team.Deliver analysis and recommendations by combining several data sources (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Marketing Platforms)Provide insights, tools, and dashboards for digital monetization and yield optimization across platformsFormulate analytical findings into concise and easy to consume presentationsEmphasis is on end-to-end delivery of data driven analysisManaging/guiding junior resources in dual-shore modelThought leadership for building the EXL digital analytics practice, including co-authoring whitepapers, training junior staff and creating sales/ business development content
Prior experience working with media vendors tracking implementation (Floodlights and Pixels)Strong Expertise with Web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)Familiarity with debugging and assessing analytics implementationsAt least 2 years of experience in configuration of Google Analytics (GA)2-4 years of analytics delivery experienceProficiency in one scripting language like Python, JavaUnderstanding of the digital media ecosystem & ad ops including ad exchange (DoubleClick/GDN/ Amazon Publisher Services), ad selling/buying platforms (DFP, DFA, AdSense, AdMob)Previous experience with DMP (Data Management Platform) or with audience targeting strategies
