Responsibility for the entire portfolio of end-to-end event management of inhouse, public and digital course logistics Line management of Senior Course Managers (Learning operations team) Responsibility for hands-on delivery of own portfolio of courses
Managing even distribution of workload across the team of Senior Course Managers Ensuring the schedule of ownership of courses is assigned, that courses are covered when Senior Course Managers are away (e.g. on holiday) Ensuring that the team successfully manages courses, from point of booking to completion of event; from the organisation of the trainer’s travel, ensuring the venue has the necessary training equipment and set-up, booking travel & accommodation, co-ordination with clients, liaising with delegates etc Execute the portfolio to ensure that both financial targets and operational success are achieved Ensure that the team manage the financial aspect of the courses, from invoicing to budgeting and chasing payment
