We specialize in providing top-notch construction estimating services for the LBM industry, with a focus on multi-family and single-family lumber and building material take-offs.

As the ideal candidate, you’ll have a construction background and be a pro at utilizing PlanSwift takeoff software to complete takeoffs for wood framing and structural hardware scopes.
You’ll be using PlanSwift and Excel to complete takeoffs and collaborate with the team to ensure project success.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Responsibilities:
- Utilizing PlanSwift takeoff software and Excel to complete takeoffs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project success
Requirements:
- Proven experience with PlanSwift and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- A background in construction material supply (lumber yard) is a BIG PLUS
