eSourceTechnical LLC Looking for Oracle CPQ Architect at Remote Full Time

This is a full-time permanent role and is remote. US citizens only. You must have strong experience in Oracle Configure Price Quote (oracle CPQ).

The Sr. Oracle CPQ Technical Architect will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex software solutions to meet the business needs while exemplifying technical excellence and productivity for the rest of the team. This role will provide technical direction and guidance for a global development team responsible for delivering enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Technical strategy, road map, architecture, and development for Quoting, CRM, and Subscription applications as well as custom applications developed using standard tools/languages
• Own the inventory of IT solutions required to run the sales operations enterprise business.
• Engage with implementation teams to inform road map, troubleshoot critical issues, and educate stakeholders
• Ensures the project technical vision is clearly understood by the development teams
• Establishes release milestones, anticipates issues, and monitors adherence to project scope
• Responsible for developing software requirements, architecture artifacts and design standards
• Oversee build automation, release management, environment management, and platform monitoring
• Ability to translate technical designs, non-functional requirements and overall technology solutions to business stakeholders
• Allocates team to projects and associated tasks while aligning project needs with individual skills
• Ensures implementation plans and dependencies are thoroughly defined and documented
• Assists with production support and triaging issues, tracking issues, and escalating when necessary
• Establishes and maintains process improvement plans to increase software delivery, increase quality while maintaining scalability within the enterprise applications
• Manages and monitors the technical debt backlog
• Evaluates tools that meet the requirements and aligns with company standards
• Grooms and mentors, the developers while providing feedback on their work frequently to promote best engineering practices
• Maintains business stakeholder relations and communications, including status reporting and informal conversations

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience developing, designing, and architecting software solutions
• Must have 8-10 years of experience in Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) / CRM applications. Oracle Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Oracle Sales Cloud Suite, and Apttus experience desired
• Experience with Zuora desired

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with managing technical projects in a large, complex enterprise environment on a global basis
• Solid understanding of software development models, web technologies, system integrations, database concepts and modern service-oriented architectures and industry trends.
• Interest in mentoring and growing developers while fostering a high-quality development culture
• Ability to manage portfolio of concurrent projects delivering business outcomes on-time & on-budget. Key skills include project planning, risk management, outcome focused execution, budget management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
