3 years’ experience as a serverKnowledge of EPOS , reservations and stock systemsStrong knowledge of food, wine and beverageBarista skillsHost/reception experience Strong service skills Cashing up proceduresH&S systems and procedures Knowledge of R&B within the market Service expert in all areas of restaurant disciplines Ability to complete food hygiene documents
