Works as a bridge between brand team and the hotel culinary team to help execute new brand ideas and activations, ensuring that operations input is added, and operational considerations are highlighted. Partners the Hotel culinary team to ensure that they understand and are open minded and adaptable to new ideas and that their input is supported and managed appropriately.Conducts regular audits ensuring compliance with local H&S code, company and brand standards.Provides teams with a MAP (management action plan) to remedy missed standards.Use data collection methods to compile, display, track, and analyse defect trends, and to champion and celebrate property success.Reviews guest feedback and audit scores with culinary team ensuring appropriate action is taken.Stays visible and communicates with culinary team on a regular basis to obtain feedback on evolution of brand standards, quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction.
