Renewables is a new department within Region UK & Ireland Energy Systems, and it is primarily responsible for delivery of advisory and engineering services to our customers and stakeholders: developers, owners, operators, lenders and manufacturers. Our customer portfolio is truly international, and we collaborate and support the wider DNV global organization where-ever needed.
Reporting directly to the Head of Department, the Business Leader will support and enable our growth by looking at the department service, market and customer portfolio and enhancing our offer bringing together expertise from different teams creating a value proposition and offering a comprehensive solution that differentiates DNV from competitors.
Growing of our services and market shareDelivering, together with other doer-sellers and Business Leaders, our department’s order intake target and finance KPIsFeeding back customer insights to the delivery units to inform and steer service development
Analyze new business opportunities for the department, maintain an overview of the major market threats, gather market intelligence in collaboration with Market Area Managers and Key Account Managers and ensure regular (quarterly at least) distribution of knowledge amongst relevant people within the departmentWork closely with the Head of Department and Heads of Section in designing, implementing, and achieving department strategy (including the department’s Annual Operating Plan)Provide input to the department recruitment and competency development plan
