Birmingham City Centre – Hybrid 

Full-time, 9-5, 12-month fixed term contract with opportunity to go permanent

Our client is a not-for-profit financial institution, established for over 35 years and currently growing, whose goal is to give back to the local community by providing ethical finance to those in need.

They’re looking for a new customer service representative to join their small, close-knit team to provide great customer service support to their members via phone, email, and live chat. All training will be provided.

• Answering telephone calls
• Updating accounts
• Assessing finance applications
• Processing applications
• Keying in transactions
• Handling complaints
• Using CRM systems
