After applying for one job, I was called back for another. I got the impression that they were desperate to fill a position that I hadn’t applied for (although I did qualify) and after taking the job, i quickly discovered why they had not been able to fill the position. I don’t think the agency had done a great job with weeding out suitable clients with manageable expectations. The manager that i was bought in to assist told me that it took a year for them to become acclimated in their role, yet had expected me to do so within 10 days. While the agency praised my performance and efforts they had not been able to find placement since then. Very limited opportunity even though you will see tons of job postings.
