Working as a Home Care assistant allows individual with specific needs to continue to live in their own property when they need assistance on day to day tasks. Our Home Care assistants ensure that our clients get to enjoy all the comfortable aspects of living in a home full of memories as opposed to being in a hospital or a care home. As well as providing personal care, you’ll also be appreciated for the company you bring as often an individuals social life can be curtailed by a lack of mobility.
You’ll be responsible for preparing the care plan and will use your knowledge within Care to provide a fit for purpose Care package. Duties will include, but not limited to:
* Personal Care
* Medicine monitoring
* Meal preparation
* Shopping
* Trips Out – Social, Doctors etc.
* Providing a Sitting service
You’ll work the hours arranged with the Service User to suit both parties and will keep a written record of the hours worked to ensure all time worked is accounted for.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contractContract length: 3 monthsPart-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £10.50-£15.00 per hour
