Connect Search Looking for HR Coordinator at Columbus, OH Full Time

Our client based in Columbus, Ohio is looking to bring on a Remote HR Coordinator/Recruiter to join their growing team! This role is a 6+ month long contract (temp to hire if local to Columbus, Ohio) and is targeting candidates with a strong administrative background. Equipment to do the position would be given (laptop and monitor)

Pay – up to $24hr depending on experience

Hours – Standard business hours, start 8 or 9am EST

100% remote

Must have – administrative background, HR experience preferred, EST time zone preferred

Job Description:

• Supporting 4 executives
• Coordinating interviews (30/weekly)
• Send reminders for follow ups
• Assist with sourcing if needed
• other ADHOC duties as assigned
