We are seeking a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of five (5) years litigation experience to join our team.
Must have experience in ALL phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery; filing pleadings in court using the E-Filing Portal; scheduling depositions, hearings, mediation, trials, and expert and client meetings.
Must also be able to have time to handle a litigation case from the start of the litigation phase to the conclusion of the case.
The candidate should also exhibit workplace professionalism, teamwork, and have the ability to multi-task, and prioritize. Critical to success is attention to detail, follow-through, accuracy, communication and organization.
