CCRM Fertility Looking for Leave of Absence Administrator at Remote Full Time

The Benefits and Leave Administrator serves a critical role in CCRM Fertility Network’s department of Human Resources by providing exceptional support and guidance to employees and managers of CCRM related to benefits and leave processes. This position will be responsible for administering employee benefits and leaves, provide guidance on ADA and FMLA accommodations, and developing processes and procedures to gain efficiencies for the administration of benefits and leave. This position will serve as the main point of contact for employees’ and managers’ queries on benefits and leave related topics. The successful incumbent must thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment. The position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.

• Full cycle leave administration, to include FMLA, disability, PFML and other state mandated leaves
• Coordination and education of applicable benefits such as STD, LTD, hospital indemnity, critical illness, accidental, dental, vision, and major medical
• Calculating and managing CCRM PFML for eligible employees
• Manager and employee education related to the basic requirements of FMLA and state/local laws to ensure compliance with communication/required notices
• Responsible for the administration of the ADA interactive process, managing for reasonable accommodation approvals and return to work procedures
• Administration of worker’s compensation policy and execution
• Manage the relationship between the benefits broker
• Oversee the open enrollment process from start to finish, ensuring that newly eligible and newly hired employees complete timely enrollments
• Facilitate the integration of new mergers and acquisitions
• Work with the broker to ensure compliance with annual 5500 filings, CMS reporting, MA HIRD reporting, etc.
• Liaison with the retirement plan administrator
• Conduct benefits trainings for newly eligible and newly hired employees
• Data entry
• M&A due diligence from a benefits perspective

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (equivalent work experience accepted)
• Current PHR or SHRM credential, or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Exceptional and thorough knowledge of benefits and leave administration, including multi-state compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws
• Experience with ADP WFN, strongly preferred
• Strong skillset with Microsoft Office and Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint)
• Superior personal and professional integrity and strong work ethic

$75,000 – $90,000 per year, paid bi-weekly plus bonus potential. Actual compensation offered will be determined based on the selected candidate’s skills, education, and experience.
