Drafting, formatting and proofing documents, including job profiles and candidate introductions

We are looking for an Administration Assistant who has the following skills and experience:
Strong administration and organisation capabilities
Advanced IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft packages including Excel and Word
Ability to multi-task, prioritising workflow with a range of relatively complex administration activities
Work autonomously and independently with an excellent and efficient work ethic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Respect and maintain confidentiality
Be a self-starter and motivated to execute this role to an excellent standard
