The roleAs Strategic Lead for Regeneration you will be responsible for developing and delivering a Regeneration Programme to help deliver We Make Camden, f using on renewing our high streets, unlocking the power and creativity within our neighbourhoods and maximising the potential of our growth areas. You will devise, lead and deliver Camden’s area-based regeneration programme and act as an advocate for regeneration across the organisation as well as with our communities, partners and politicians. The delivery of area-based programmes, prioritisation and commissioning of projects and business case development are all key functions of the team. Securing funding for the programme is crucial through the preparation of funding bids internally, for Community Infrastructure Levy and S106, and externally including to the GLA and Central Government. The Strategic Lead will be responsible for all the work of the team and for reporting process against agreed milestones to senior management and relevant Cabinet Members.
