THE ROLE
Brandilite is looking for a full/part-time Lead Sales Manager to join our growing team on a remote/hybrid basis.
Responsibilities:
✅ Identify potential clients that meet our agency’s client avatar and offer them coaching and consulting services.
✅ Initiate discussions with potential customers through emails, calls, and scheduled meetings.
✅ Sell solution-based agency services and products based on our awesome pricing model. We have a pitch deck and everything you need to close a sale. This won’t be a hard pitch call. We call it a discovery session. You just show our leads around the deliverables and 90% of the time they’ll accept the sale without any objections
✅ Maintain good relationships with prospects that ensure effective business dealings.
✅ Provide alternative pricing plans to our clients on behalf of Brandilite, to reach favorable prices for both parties.
✅ Create and manage outbound marketing campaigns to meet company-set KPI’s.
✅ Be responsible for Sales CRM system-building, maintenance, and usage, to achieve agency goals.
✅ Manage the creation of representative sales materials such as PPT proposals, excels, and pitch decks.
✅Work closely with other teams to share ideas, feedback and present results.
Requirements:
What You Can Expect
✅ $3000-10000 USD GROSS SALARY. All dependent on result and project scope. We operate with a profit/share model.
✅ You’ll receive 5% commission on each sale closed.
