Our client based in Boscombe is currently looking for Temporary Healthcare Assistants to help in their residential home. Close to local amenities, shops, beaches and excellent public transport links.
You will be working in a privately owned care home, caring for a maximum of 70 service users. This home specialises in providing care for elderly people with dementia and physical disabilities.
Duties Will Include:
- Supporting individuals with personal care, nutrition and hydration as well as moving and assisting that could include the use of equipment.
- Maintaining dignity, privacy and respect for our clients.
- Assisting our clients in performing practical tasks including shopping and community activities.
- Working within both a nursing and residential unit in order to support clients to maintain their activities of daily living using a strengths-based approach.
