Description:
This individual will be joining a life sciences company which focuses oncology research and cancer treatments. This person will be joining the team as a Payroll Specialist responsible for supporting full cycle, bi-weekly, multi-state payroll processing for 1000 employees.
Responsibilities:
Full cycle, bi-weekly payroll processing for 1000 employees
Validate Payroll inputs(terminations, LOA’s, stock exercises) and outputs (Pay register) via Workday/OSV payroll processing
Validate Payroll interface and prepare various reconciliations
RSU/PSU reconciliation and validation file
Stock option and exercise JE’s
Payroll tax filings as required
Save all the tax filings from ADP smart compliance/OSV Atmosphere
Support Month End Close process for payroll including all reconciliations and pulling data for monthly reporting
Perform additional duties as assigned
