Salary: Up to $100,000 annually, depending on experience
Remote work details:
There are quarterly, in-person, leadership meetings at the Science is Elementary office in Mountain View, CA and the candidate should plan on spending 3-5 days in the area each quarter. Science is Elementary will pay for reasonable travel expenses.

Position Summary:
The Development Director is a key part of the Science is Elementary team. SiE is on a growth trajectory and this role will be crucial in accomplishing this growth.
The ideal candidate is creative in fundraising and donor engagement strategies. They have a track record of growing revenues to meet budgetary needs for a growing organization. The Director will be a people-person who enjoys building and sustaining relationships with diverse stakeholders. They should be passionate about making hands-on science as accessible as possible to as many children as possible and ensuring equity in science education.
The Director of Development and Donor Relations will be responsible for development strategy, and for executing all development and donor relations efforts. This position reports directly to the CEO.
