PAY $17.00 PER HOUR

Immediate opening for Remote Customer Service Representative.

This job opportunity offers work from home after an initial week of office training (8 am to 5 pm).

Candidates should have prior customer service experience taking 40 calls a day. The role requires some knowledge of Word, a great personality, and a love of the CSR business.

No sales! The company will provide all equipment. Temporary to hire position. Background check required.

Primary Duties: Inbound phones – E-mail response and case disposition- Live chat

Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication skills required – Friendly, team-oriented demeanor – Microsoft Word and Excel familiarity

Ability: To work independently and demonstrate proper judgment – to multi-task in a fast-paced service environment – a self-starter, responsible, and highly dependable
